Due to the current regulations and limited reimbursements of insurance companies that force most private practices to see multiple patients per hour, leading to poor quality patient care, I do not participate with any insurance networks.  I am happy to provide you with appropriate bills for you to apply for out-of-network reimbursement.

 

Fees will be expected at the time of treatment in the form of cash or check. 

 

NYS Law allows patients to be evaluated and treated in physical therapy for 10 sessions without requiring a doctor's prescription. Your insurance company may however, still require a prescription in order for you to be reimbursed. It is advised that you check with your insurance plan for guidelines. 

 

Cancellations are expected 24 hours in advance.
